

Stock Items
Our turn around times are very fast, usually if you pay by noon on any weekday your purchase will usually get processed and sent out within one day or so. All of our stock items are available today so it is just a case of processing your order, picking, packing and sending.
Royal Mail collect our parcels on a daily basis, Monday to Friday and deliver them 6 days a week so you should get your order within a few days of placing it on our website. We can only dispatch our orders to UK addresses.
Personalised Items
Personalised items will be made for you at our factory, who are specialists in the manufacture of personalised gifts. The manufacturing process usually takes between1 and 10 days but this can be longer at peak times or when there are bank holidays so please read the product page carefully to find out the time frame for your order. If you need any advice please email us before placing your order.

Unlike some of our competitors, we do not increase our postage charges the more you spend, so the more you get delivered the better value our charges are, and they are already excellent value.

Returns and Refunds
We abide by all UK laws and the Distance Selling Regulations.
Please contact us if you are unhappy with your order, our service or if you just need any help and advice regarding your rights and our terms and conditions.
You can return any item ordered from us for up to 7 days after delivery, please contact us first so we can advise you of the process.
There are a few rules and exceptions to this;
Stock Items
For the first 7 days you can return the item to us and we will provide you with a full refund for the price of the item(s), with your postage costs up to £3.99. If you purchased a premium postage service such as 1-5 day or next day delivery then we will only refund your postal costs up to £3.99. Please remember that any postage & packing costs incurred by you in returning your order to us in will not be refunded though, these are your responsibility. Any free gifts received with the item you are returning will also need to be returned and any discounts on future purchases will become invalid.
Once we have received your item(s) we will process your full refund within 30 days - money will only be refunded to the original card / account.
If you send back your item to us with underpaid postage it will be returned to you by Royal Mail.
Personalised Goods
All personalised orders are excempt from our returns policy, these cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for alternate goods. If there is a manufacturing error such as a spelling mistake then this will be replaced on a like for like basis.
Orders from a Business
Business to business transactions are excempt from the Distance Selling Regulations and cannot be returned or refunded. We are not VAT registered so we cannot provide a VAT invoice.
