We make ordering personalised gifts easy at Meadow Gifts but there are a few things to remember.

Spellings & Grammar

It is vital that you check your spellings and grammar as it can make the difference between a fantastic gift or a disapointment. We also strongly advise you never to use all CAPITAL letters, it can make the item look messy and difficult to read.

How Long to Manufacture?

The gifts are bespoke, they are made especially for you. This all takes time so please remember to leave at least 7 days for the manufacturing process, although at peak times and bank holidays it can take longer so don't leave your ordering to the last minute. All of our gifts will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class post or by courier.  You can also upgrade to a faster service with gifts being dispatched within 1 to 5 days.

Returns Policy on Personalised Gifts

All personalised gifts are excempt from the distance selling regulations, which simply means that you cannot return them for a refund or exchange for alternative goods. That doesn't mean we won't correct any errors or damage that rarely occurs, we will be happy to replace these on a like for like basis.
